Its functionality is regularly updated and have more collaborative features. Meanwhile, Office 365 is a subscription-based service and is powered by Microsoft Cloud. While you can still get regularly updated security and quality features, most of its core functions are as is. To avoid the confusion, though, it’s best to think about this: Unlike Office 365, Office 2019 is a one-time purchase application and you don’t receive updates regularly as you buy it. There are many features in Office 2019 that are quite similar to Office 365, based on the teased features.
